In the late Qing Dynasty, Chong Liming, a young nobleman who returned from overseas, met Yi, a young commoner who had just arrived in the capital. Chong Liming invited Yi to join the special palace guard organization, Yanshifan. The Qing Empire witnessed a sudden change, but Chong Liming and Yi gathered seven young passionate people and built a new Yanshifan. They traveled to Sichuan and Shanghai to guard peace talks and fight against invaders. They confronted evil with their passion. Facing the difficulties and obstacles of the turbulent times, they never stopped loving their motherland and protecting the people. They remained passionate and fought side by side. Finally, Yi found new hope, and Chong Liming joined him. They became the escort of the peaceful transition of power and witnessed the dawn of a new era.
